Your coaching approach develops and changes with time and experience. Regular coaching supervision ensures you maintain and improve the quality of your coaching on an ongoing basis.
Supervision enables you to maintain high standards of practice, to be supported in your client work, and to continually refresh your knowledge, skills and techniques. At gemm we’re here to support and guide you throughout your continuous professional development.
Group supervision
We bring coaches together to learn from and support one another. Each time you meet, you learn together through challenging and enjoyable group processes, which give you the opportunity to gather ideas and feedback from each other, and to re-energise yourself and your practice.
