Julie Verdon Career and leadership development coach
Sector specialties: Central and local government, NHS, education, police, professional bodies, financial services, third sector, retail, aerospace, FMCG, telecoms, transport, construction, oil and gas, and insurance.
I have over 20 years of experience working with leaders as a coach, a career coach, and an occupational psychologist. I have worked with the most senior leaders, up to and including C-suite, across different sectors, professions, and geography.
My coaching clients are often facing significant leadership challenges, transitions, career crossroads, or looking for a different dimension to their leadership. By creating a safe space, seeking to understand their context and the systems that they operate within, I help them find ways to tap into their potential and to explore their own brand of leadership.
My passion for learning and continuous professional development underpins my work, and the results and transformations I witness are a testament to the effectiveness of business coaching for personal and professional development.
I thrive on helping my clients understand how they can best harness their strengths, overcome hurdles, and get the most from their relationships at work.
