The Process
When matching coachees with their coach we:
- Establish the individual’s objectives and desired outcomes for the coaching programme
- Present a shortlist of potential coaches from our coaching panel
- Organise initial chemistry sessions to enable the coachee to choose the best coach for them
- Finalise the coach-coachee match
- Where appropriate, arrange planning and review meetings with the coachee’s line manager and/or learning lead, the coachee and their coach, to agree the focus of the work, acknowledge progress and identify further development needs
- Provide all coaching documentation, including a comprehensive Coaching Guide to enable the coachee to gain the most from their coaching relationship
- Check in with the commissioner at the mid and endpoint of the coaching relationship to ensure that it is delivering as expected
- Evaluate the success of the coaching relationship and the learning at the end of the coaching programme
- Manage the charging process through just one monthly summary invoice no matter how many coaching relationships are being conducted
