Leader as a Coach

We run workshops and skills development programmes to develop the skills you need to instil a coaching culture within your team and organisation.

You will learn how to enable independent thinking in your team members so they develop the confidence to take more responsibility, work increasingly autonomously and continuously develop in their roles.

Supplementing internal coach training qualifications

We design and facilitate training modules and provide 1:1 and group supervision to supplement and deepen the learning and skills of L&D and HR specialists who are completing coach training qualifications.

Selecting from a bank of tried and tested modules and group processes from over 12 years of supervision practice, and tailoring events to meet your individual and group needs, we enable you to bring your coaching practice to life and deliver it with confidence.

1:1 and group supervision

Your practice as an Executive Coach continually develops and deepens over your professional career. Regular supervision enables you to maintain and continually develop the quality of your coaching, and ensures that you are practicing ethically, and with your client and their organisation in mind.

While coaching is an invigorating and enriching experience for both you and your coachees, it also brings its personal demands.  Regular supervision makes sure that you are not practicing alone, that you are supported in your client work, and that you maintain your commitment and enthusiasm.
